Five stars for First Glass Solutions, and honestly, probably five more for not judging my dog. Our dog has recently decided he is a cat. Unfortunately, he does not yet have the grace, flexibility, or basic spatial awareness required for the role. The result: one broken pane of glass, one destroyed cat door, and one very confused household. I contacted First Glass Solutions asking whether they offered dog training or glass repair. Thankfully, they could help with the second one. Josh came around the very next day, which I thought was just going to be to measure up and quote the job. Instead, he measured it, sorted it, and fixed it on the spot. No drama, no fuss, just a properly professional job done quickly. But the main reason I’m writing this review is the cleanup. I was expecting to find the odd sparkle of glass hiding somewhere afterwards, especially with the level of destruction our “cat-dog” had achieved. Nothing. Not a shard, not a sparkle, not a suspicious crunchy bit anywhere. Josh took everything away and left the place spotless. The glass and cat door are fixed. The dog’s identity crisis remains unresolved. Highly recommend First Glass Solutions. Fast, friendly, professional, and apparently very tolerant of ridiculous pet-related explanations.
